What Does Premier Safety Certified Mean?

Seeing the PSM Certified seal at a Grid League event is not a formality. It means a full layer of professional medical planning has already been completed on your behalf, long before the first race begins.

Here is what has already been done:

A board-certified Athletic Trainer is on-site. Every Athletic Trainer deployed at Grid League events through Premier Sports Medicine is board-certified, state-licensed, fully insured, and individually vetted. They are credentialed professionals ready for anything from a soft tissue injury to a true emergency.

An Emergency Action Plan is in place. PSM worked with, and independent of, the organization to develop a facility-specific Emergency Action Plan tailored to the location. That includes mapped-out field coverage, established communication protocols, and a clear chain of command if EMS needs to be called.

The right equipment is staged and ready. AED locations are confirmed (if available). Athletic Trainers have confirmed their medical supplies are stocked. Carts and radios are positioned and tested with the organization. When seconds count, the response is organized and fast.

Medical documentation is handled professionally. Every athlete encounter is documented following HIPAA-compliant protocols. If an athlete is evaluated at an event, the record is handled with the same standard as a clinical setting.
