The Brigade finished 2-2, beat the Wolves in Lakeland and the champion Sharks 19-18 in New York. Next season starts early: the 2027 American Grid Trials run during Championship weekend in Lakeland, October 3 and 4.

The team
A Grid League roster carries up to 20 players, and five men and five women race at a time. Brigade players specialize in strength, bodyweight or utility roles, and owner and coach Jess Krezmien, who races as a utility player herself, decides who races what.
