Hi! I’m Janet. In my teenage years, I was a level 9 gymnast and competed at Western Nationals. I also competed in high-school diving and won sectionals as well as placed 4th at State… In 2017 and 2018, I had the opportunity to compete at the NW Regionals on a CrossFit team, representing CrossFit Coeur d’ Alene. With this team, we also placed 4th at the Granite Games in 2018. In 2021, I competed at Wodapooloza in the elite division on a team representing CrossFit WestChase. In 2020, I was signed to the Orlando GRID team as a body weight specialist. I was part of that team until 2024 and was lucky enough to be on the Aces in 2023 when we won every match including the Championships. I’m excited to be on the Fort Lauderdale Lions team this year in 2026.
