Ringer Point Race Matchups for June 20 at Lakeland

The Ringer Point is the most personal point in a Grid League match. Most of the night runs as head-to-head team racing, two squads moving down parallel lanes of the Grid, but the Ringer Point narrows the whole thing to one player on each side, racing for a single point.

Before a match, each team picks one Ringer Point Race from a short list of tests and names the player who will run it. Two teams, two picks, so every match carries two of these one-on-one races. The June 20 card at Lakeland has four matches, which means eight Ringer Points. Here is how they line up.

Match 1: Carolina Flight vs Houston Bandits

The day opens at 9:45 AM ET, with Carolina Flight in its first Grid League season against the Houston Bandits. Both Ringer Points run the Over Under format.

Alexis Turpin vs Lauren Olson. An 80-foot double-kettlebell overhead walking lunge at 53 and 35 pounds.

Halei Jo Arroyo vs Matt Rattay. An 80-foot medball handstand walk at 6 and 10 pounds. Arroyo, a Flight rookie and four-time American Ninja Warrior, is one of the new faces worth tracking this season.
