The Miami International Fitness Expo (M.I.F.E) is held at the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition Center's Arnold Hall & Riley Colosseum. 77,000 sq ft of fit fun featuring multiple sporting events and 70+ vendors under one roof.
Grid League is one of many sports at the M.I.F.E. The expo also features the IFBB Miami Pro (Olympia Qualifier), NPC Miami Muscle Beach (National Qualifier), Fit Life Games in Functional Fitness, USAPL Magic City Lift-Off in Powerlifting, USAW Swamp Strength Showdown in Olympic Weightlifting, 305 Ninja Showdown (UNAA), Battlegrounds: Clash In Miami in Calisthenics (UFCL), GGT Jiu Jitsu Invitational & Superfights, and Magic City Brawl in Boxing.

Expo doors open at 9:00 AM and the first Grid League match begins at 10:30 AM. With four matches spread throughout the day, the final match kicks off at 6:15 PM. Each match runs roughly 90 minutes. The expo ends approximately around 9 PM.
Grid League is part of the Miami International Fitness Expo which features 70+ vendors, fitness celebrities, product demos, classes, and multiple other sporting competitions all happening under one roof.
