New to Grid League? Here is what you will see
Grid League puts coed teams of world class athletes from CrossFit, Strongman, Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics on the same floor, racing head to head in two lanes side by side. Men and women compete on the same team, and every race has a winner you can see cross the line.
Each match is a series of short races. One race might be heavy barbell lifts, the next might be handstand walks or sprints, and the team that wins more races wins the match.
What is happening and when
Doors are open 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM both days. All times are Eastern.
Coming for one match? The championship match starts at 4:00 PM Sunday, and a Sunday ticket covers every match that day.
More to do all weekend
Every ticket includes the expo hall, open both days alongside the matches. Each card says what is included and what needs a separate sign-up.
Cornhole tournaments with $500 cash each day
Bring a partner and play amateur doubles at 12:00 PM on Saturday and 1:00 PM on Sunday. Each day pays $350 for first place and $150 for second. The bracket is double elimination, so every team plays at least two games. Boards and bags are provided, no experience needed, 20 teams each day.
