Be Amazed. Watch Grid League.
Grid League is the ultimate race based game requiring intense teamwork, high skill athleticism, and in-depth strategy. It is easy to follow, extremely exciting, and a blast to watch. This event features the playoff and championship for the season plus plenty of other fitness and fun activities.
Two teams of world class athletes going head to head
Two teams line up on matching lanes of the Grid, an 80-foot floor, and race each other through the same set of movements at the same time. Five men and five women from each team are on the Grid for a race, and the team that finishes first wins it.
A match is a series of these races, and it runs about 90 minutes. A race win is worth 2 points and finishing second inside the time limit is worth 1. The last race, the Sprint Relay, is worth 3, so a match is often decided in its final race.
Grid League has been running since 2017
The league started in Florida as the Florida Grid League and took its national name in 2024. In 2026 it has ten city teams, each with its own owners and coaches, and a regular season played in Miami, Lakeland, New York and Dallas. The top three teams in each conference made the playoffs.

It is the world’s first spectator team sport featuring men and women competing alongside and against one another, and a race win is worth 2 points, a loss under the cap 1 point, and the closing Sprint Relay 3.
