It is the world's first spectator team sport featuring men and women competing alongside and against one another on the same team. Various specialties and body types work together, leading to unique, compelling, and dramatic story lines like you have never seen before.
North Texas Strength Expo
Dallas closes out the 2026 regular season, and it lands inside the North Texas Strength Expo at the Mesquite Convention Center. Grid League runs six matches across the weekend on the expo floor, alongside a full schedule of strength sport.

The Mesquite Convention Center sits about 20 minutes east of downtown Dallas. Dallas Love Field and DFW International are the two nearest airports.

Dallas is an expo event. Admission is sold by the North Texas Strength Expo and covers the whole floor, including every Grid League match that day. Children 12 and under get in free.

Most importantly, it is the world's first spectator team sport featuring men and women competing alongside and against one another.
Dallas is a two-day event. Day 1 (Saturday, August 29) features three matches starting at 11:30 AM CT with the last match at 5:00 PM CT. Day 2 (Sunday, August 30) features three matches starting at 10:30 AM CT with the last match at 4:00 PM CT. Each match runs roughly 90 minutes.
Dallas runs inside the North Texas Strength Expo, so the expo sells admission rather than Grid League. One expo ticket gets you onto the floor for the day, Grid League matches included. Children 12 and under enter free.
The expo runs from 7 AM to 6 PM CT both days with powerlifting and strongman competition, workshops, and a full vendor floor of gear, apparel, and supplement brands. Your admission covers all of it.
Eight teams compete in Dallas: the South Beach Palms, Carolina Flight, New York Wolves, Atlanta Wild, Houston Bandits, Las Vegas Venom, Fort Lauderdale Lions, and Palm Beach Breakers. The SWFL Sharks and Tampa Bay Brigade do not play this event.
Yes, all ages are welcome. Grid League is a family-friendly sporting event, and children 12 and under get complimentary entry to the expo.
